ELVIRA: JUST KIDDING!! Uh, The syndicatIonsgoing ahead, It’s taking a long time because it’s difficult to aquire all these horrible old films...They’ve all been burned! No, Not really, They’ve all been rented out to somebody eles.
VaGUE: So, Uh, Where are you getting them? Just out of big old boxes in film company attics?..
ELVIRA: Just out of the trash out here at K.H.J. No, We’re looking all over the place, Trying to find these films, and as soon as we get a package of them together of about 28 films or so, Then we’ll have ourselves a syndicated show.
VaGUE: And then it’ll just be everywheres?
ELVIRA: It’ll be EVERYWHERE I hope, Yea! I CAN’T WAIT! I CAN’T WAIT!!
VaGUE: Is Elvira going to do a movie? As Elvira?
ELVIRA: Yea! As a matter of fact I have a couple of things I’m checking into again this week, About doing an Elvira movie. And.. uh, I’m kind’a waitin’ till Halloween blows over, First, to get all this Halloween stuff out of the way.
VaGUE: Did you mean that quote that you said.. Last year, . . uh, “I never really cared much for Halloween. . .Amature night.”

ELVIRA:(laughing) No! I really like Halloween It’s my favorite time of the year, I was just lyin’ again.. As usual.
VaGUE: So what about the “Vi-Tones”? Are you going to tour.. Are you going to play gigs.. Get in the clubs???
ELVIRA: Well, The Vi-Tones are.. Really these two guys, I hate thier guts.. -NO, NO! . .Uh, That was part of the Vi-Tones that was just in here, John Paragon, But, Yea! We’re doing another record, We’re gonna do a Halloween one on my show. On my Halloween show right now, So we’re doing another record, Written by John Paragon called “Trick or Treat” (Long pause)
I know! I know! Siouxsie and the Banshees did one. . -But believe me we had the idea a long time before she did..
VaGUE: So then you might get a band together and play in the clubs?
ELVIRA: OH GOD! I WOULD LIKE TO SOMEDAY! -I would really like to do, Like a nightclub type gig you know like that... WI a sort of theatrical looking show and all that.. But Yea, Me and Robert (Robert Redding at Elvira’s left) already did a no—no, (laughing) We’ll never do it again! He and I were in a show called “Mama’s Boys” And it was real fun and everything, But boy you sure don’t make any money doin’ that. I’d rather do a recording, You know, do a record, Then you make all the bucks and you don’t have to leave home. But he and I traveled around the road for like two years, And worked our rear ends off. And the show was real good and everything, Except you just don’t make any money, cause all the money you make you.. Use to travel to the next town. You know, uh. . Thats life on the road.
VaGUE: Is there a movie Elvira wants to do? The perfect role? A long time dream?
ELVIRA: Yea, Well I’d like to do something very much like Devine’s “Pink Flamingo’s” I think thats right up my alley... Something... Ya’ know... I don’t have anything in peticular... But I do have that kind of a... I’d like to do like the worst movie of all time! Like, the greatest B movie EVER MADE!!
VaGUE: W/ what kind of title?
ELVIRA: How ‘bout “Elvira The Living Legend” (laughing) I don’t know. . I don’t know, I haven’t thought about it... How about “Pink Flamenco Dancers”?
ROBERT REDDING: B Movie Queens Die Screaming
ELVIRA: OH!! That’ll be the name of it!
VaGUE: Vixen From the Volcano
ELVIRA: Yes, That will be the perfect name. Elvira from the Avalance.. Something like that.
VaGUE: If you could pick some of the films on Movie Macabre, Anything from midnight cult films old science fiction, attack of the 50 ft. Annette Montebéllo’s kind of stuff.. What are the films you’d like to run?
